As our Intercultural Facilitator, Emma brings over 5 years of experience helping global organizations break down cultural barriers, including her role as Ambassador for French brand Maison Duculty working with Japanese clients in Tokyo.
She understands that pharma companies with cross-cultural teams and those expanding into Japan and emerging markets struggle with intercultural challenges that derail collaborations. Emma has witnessed how cultural misunderstandings sabotage promising international partnerships and market entries.

Her expertise in Japanese business culture and emerging markets helps pharma leaders navigate complex international collaborations, providing custom-made tools so cross-cultural teams work effectively and expand successfully into new territories.

From volunteering on a hospital ship in Africa to working A&E at Northern General Hospital Sheffield, Amanda has witnessed how even the most dedicated leaders become exhausted and disconnected from their purpose.
